2. Ordering & pricing

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Pricing is reviewed periodically; any change applies prospectively, never to orders already placed.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• An order is binding only after we send confirmation by email.

3. Made-to-order

Every garment is cut individually to the measurements and specifications you provide at the time of ordering. Cancellation rights are described in our Refund Policy. Returns and free-alteration rights are in our Returns Policy.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, pattern designs, photography, logos — is owned by Arden & Wolfe or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. We are not liable for loss caused by unauthorised access where you have not taken reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use this site to violate any law, attempt to access non-public areas without authorisation, or interfere with the operation of the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the supply of goods or services is capped at the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent any clause is read to do so, it is read down to comply with the ACL.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. You and Arden & Wolfe submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
