Production timelines
Every Arden & Wolfe garment is made-to-order. Standard production time is 2–4 weeks from the day your order is confirmed, plus delivery time.
If your order includes multiple pieces (a three-piece suit, or a suit plus shirts), production may extend to 4–6 weeks. We will confirm a specific window on your order confirmation email.
Australian shipping
We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post. Standard delivery to most metro and regional Australian addresses takes 2–5 business days from dispatch.

International shipping
We ship to most countries via DHL Express. Costs and times are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. Tracked express typically takes 5–10 business days depending on customs clearance.
International orders may attract local duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order tracking
You receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment your garment leaves the workshop. Real-time tracking is available via the Australia Post app or DHL Express app on iOS and Android.
What if something arrives damaged
Photograph the parcel and the garment at delivery, then email hello@ardenandwolfe.com within 48 hours. We replace or repair at our cost in line with our Returns Policy.
